No. TagKit keeps track of the tags it added and only ever removes those, and only if you turn on removal for a rule. Tags you or other apps add are left alone.
Your orders, the products on them, and for the customer only their ID, tags and order count (to tell a first order from a returning one). It never reads a customer's name, email, phone or address, and doesn't store order contents. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Your access tokens are deleted immediately, and all of your store's TagKit data (rules, activity, settings) is removed in response to Shopify's shop-redaction request. Tags already on your orders stay where they are.
